We are unable to provide representation at Industrial or Fair Employment Tribunals. There is no legal aid for Employment Law cases.
If you need representation to pursue a breach of your employment rights you may be able to access free legal assistance through your trade union (if you are a member), via the Law Centre NI or in instances of discrimination by contacting the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.
Alternatively, check your home insurance or other insurances as they may provide legal cover for employment cases.
