We give you facts about your entitlements to health and social care and we help you to complain when health and social care trusts and other bodies fail to provide a good service.

We provide basic information about your rights to health care, the NHS complaints procedure, direct payments, social care assessments, how much health care costs and how to get help with health costs including paying for residential and care home accommodation.  

We host a the Patient Client Council in our Main Office on a weekly basis where they provides assistance to individuals making or intending to make a complaint relating to health and social care.
